Jennifer Weston, CEO and Owner, of By Your Side HomeCare, has always had a heart for the elderly and disabled. At 14 her maternal grandparents moved in with her family due to health issues. Jennifer loved helping care for them which laid the foundation of her life long passion. Shortly after, her paternal grandparents moved to NM, for help as well. This is her passion and drive.
Jennifer is a firm believer in the power of elders staying in their own home or with family as they age and loves that she can help make this possible.
In addition to over 15 years of home care experience, Jennifer has a Bachelors in Home Health Care Management, and is completing her Master's degree. She also is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and loves working with those struggling with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
